be000314Luggage presents a serious problem when traveling, it can get lost or delayed so often. What if you are enjoying a winter holiday in the Bahamas and your luggage doesn’t show up with you? Travel insurance can help you, that’s what.

What if the airline you are on goes bankrupt? What if it is the cruise line you are using, or the company in charge of operating a tour you have booked, but the inherent expenses are billed as non refundable? Travel insurance can make a refund happen.

If you are traveling, whether in another state or another country, and you suffer an injury while you are out and about or even in a car accident, then travel insurance can help you find medical care, and even a doctor who speaks your language.

If there is a terrorist attack on a place you are planning to visit, this insurance can help you cancel the trip.

Finally, if a hurricane or other inclement weather occurs while you are on holiday, not only will travel insurance help you to evacuate, but it can also provide reimbursements.

While this might have been corrected now – there is still some concern.  That is what we are going to explore in the next blog, how you can prevent your child from becoming a statistic.
