Whenever you are moving, it is a life changing thing. I know I am in the process of moving out of my comfort zone and into a brand new place and the last thing that is on my mind is car insurance … until I get settled and realize that car insurance is not the same in every single state.

Have you thought about that? Well, I actually did not and I did not realize that when you move and get all set up – you might have to switch insurance companies or agents. To be quite frank, I think this is pretty stupid. I’d rather just stick with the same agent and the same car insurance company, however – you can’t.

We all know that car insurance is something that you are going to need to have … no matter what age you are. Nowadays, people driving their pets around in their cars is not a novelty, it is just apart of life. To be honest, I take my two dogs all over the place in my car – now, what happens if you get in a car accident while your dogs are in the car, does your car insurance company cover your dogs if you do get in an accident? There are many different car insurance companies that are doing this complimentary for their policy holders!

One car insurance company that I know for sure that does this is Progressive and to be honest, I think that it is an awesome policy – to be honest, I could not really imagine what I would feel like if something happened to my dogs, but I don’t know if I could get through it and just knowing that they would be insured too would be awesome!

So that is definitely something that you might want to check into if you are one of us that are constantly driving around with your dogs!
